Attorney Ashley R. Davis received her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois College of Law in 2017. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, one of the top five students in her class. Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Pre-Law, from Judson University in 2014, where she also graduated Magna Cum Laude.
She clerked for the Honorable Iain D. Johnston of the United States District Court: Northern District of Illinois, Western Division. She has been licensed with the Federal Bar since 2018.
Prior to joining Berger Law Firm, LLC, Ms. Davis practiced with Tess & Crull, LLC, handling a variety of matters, including dissolution of marriage, allocation of parenting responsibilities (formerly custody and visitation), real estate, estate planning, and juvenile matters.
Ms. Davis is a certified Guardian Ad Litem, a member of the Ogle County and Lee County Bar Associations, and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. She was given the Outstanding Woman Student Award in 2017 and received the Illinois Women's Bar Foundation Scholarship in 2016.
